Qualifications

JP Boyle & Associates was co-founded in 2000 by Peter Boyle to address the needs of emerging life science companies developing innovative solutions that involve medical devices, biotechnology and nanotechnology.

Peter began his executive recruitment experience at the Billington Fox & Ellis an international retained search firm in the 1980s, at their Chicago headquarters.

From there, Peter moved to Ernst & Young in the Midwest Region Consulting Services offices in Chicago, working with their healthcare and medical client base, including some of their marquee clients and on some of the largest, multi-service consulting projects for the firm to that date.

Peter joined Eastman & Beaudine, Vice President in the Chicago Office, a leading national retained search practice, conducting executive searches for many of the Fortune 500 companies across the country and recruiting top executives for firms, such as: U.S. Gypsum, Sears Holding, Mac Trucks, Quaker Oats, Sara Lee, Budget Rental Car, Fruit of the Loom, Marsh & McLennan and others.

This combined experience, working with large, multi-national corporations to small, privately-held companies across a wide variety of functions eventually led to the founding of JP Boyle & Associates with the focus on the life science industry.

Peter takes pride in applying his broad base of experience to the areas of life science and technology, with companies driven by innovation in their fields and the vision of improving our quality of life. Establishing JP Boyle & Associates was the logical extension of this early career, by blending the experience of providing solutions through best-fit hiring in many different industries and functions, and applying this knowledge to emerging technology-based organizations.

Peter has a BA from DePaul University.
