At JP Boyle & Associates we work with Medical Device, Life Science, Biotechnology, Software Development and Nanotechnology companies across the United States and internationally.

Our clients primarily consist of small to medium sized venture capital or private equity funded companies on the cutting edge of technology within their fields.

Medical Device

Within the Medical Device and Manufacturing space (Class I, Class II or Class III categories), our clients are involved in the development therapeutic and/or diagnostic technologies, in addition to biomedical engineering technologies. These products span the spectrum from simple, passive mechanical devices to complex software-based equipment, using a combination of state-of-the-art electronics, biomaterials and nanotechnology, in some instances. Companies involved in 3-D modeling, bioinformatics, biomaterials, biomechanics, image processing , medical imaging, physiological signal processing are also represented among our clients.

Life Science

The Life Science, Patho-biotechnology and Bioinformatics companies among our clients develop new and innovative therapies for the detection, prevention and treatment of arthritis, blood disorders, bone fractures, cancers, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disorders, enzyme deficiency, hemophilia, hepatitis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes and other leading disease categories, often involving exploitation of pathogens or pathogen derived compounds, anti infectives and vaccines.  We strive to help these firms, many of which are dedicated to pushing the frontiers of cell biology, embryology, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology and stem cell research using information technology, robotics and chemical engineering to advance the science.

Nanotechnology

At the convergence of biology, physics and chemistry lies nanoscience, nanotechnologies, nanomaterials and nanomachines, all of which cross into the area of R & D. The potential for these technologies is enormous, but the market is still emerging. We work to help clients who are applying new and innovative technologies such as Nanotechnology, MEMS, Microfluidics, Bio-Molecular Systems, electrochemistry, micro-fabrication and Nano-Devices.
